Waxing Advice
Arrive well-hydrated and dressed in comfortable clothing. Please avoid wearing heavy jewelry and simplify your routine. Ensure you have allotted enough time for your appointment to remain relaxed throughout the process.
• DO arrive with a clean, makeup-free face.
• DO remove contact lenses.
• DON’T drink caffeine before your session.
• DON’T use oil-based products near eyes.
• DO gently exfoliate 24 hours prior.
• DO ensure hair is at least 1/4 inch long.
• DON’T apply lotions or oils on the day.
• DON’T tan or use retinols 48 hours before.

Booking Policies
Deposits
A non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your final service total on the day of your visit.
Time & Care
To provide the best experience, please arrive on time. Arriving late or changing your service may limit our ability to perform your treatment effectively.
Cancellations
Cancellations, reschedules, or changes made less than 24 hours before your start time, or late arrivals, will result in a forfeited deposit.
